My paperwork is sporadic and I’m not sure how to best organise my files
I don’t know how much it costs to run my business annually
I’ve been known to discount/give away my products or services to get testimonials to boost sales
I don’t know how many sales I would need to cover my expenses in the next financial year
It is more important to give value to a customer/client than make money out of them
I need more cash but haven’t tried new a new offer or new sales strategies
Most of my records for clients, sales, and expenses are kept and maintained manually
No-one else can do the work in my business as well as I can
I’m not sure how to delegate or prioritise my work
